To achieve this style, you will need one shawl, one under-scarf, two pins, and, if that’s the style you’re going with: a hat. Try and have as little volume as possible on your head–no volumizer–and a low ponytail.

STEP 1 – Place the shawl on your head, centered
STEP 2 – Cross both ends of the shawl behind your head
STEP 3 & 4 – Pin each side of the shawl behind your ears
STEP 5 – Take one corner of each end and tie together
STEP 6 – With the two ends, make a bow
