Peace and blessings everybody! A blessed Ramadan to all!

I have been lucky enough to be able to see Wicked – The Musical, here in Ottawa. First and foremost, you will need to create volume. You can’t defy gravity with a flat hijab! So use your technique of choice, in these pictures, I’ve used a scarf bunched up inside a bonnet. Alright, let’s do it!

STEP 1 – Fold your square scarf almost half way
STEP 2 – Place the edge of the fold on your forehead, making sure both sides are even
STEP 3 – Secure under your chin (preferably with a safety pin)
STEP 4 – Pull the scarf to the side, the safety pin should come to the side of your jaw bone
STEP 5 – pull one end of the scarf over your chest to create the desired coverage
STEP 6 – pull the other end of the scarf in front and over your bun, secure in place with a straight pin or a flower brooch

VOILA!!!
