I was asked by a new sister for tutorials using square scarves. As most of you have noticed, I’ve been rocking the asymmetrical looks lately so I decided to create a style using a square scarf which has the asymmetrical sophistication added to it.

To create this look, you will need one square scarf, an under-scarf and about half a dozen pins. Also please join me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/LoveGodDiversity and share with me your hijab wants and needs!

STEP 1 – Fold one corner to the middle of the scarf and place the middle of the fold to the side of your head
STEP 2 – Wrap the longer end at the back of your head
STEP 3 – Bring that end in front of your chest
STEP 4 – Pull it through at the nape of your neck and pin
STEP 5 – With the shorter end of the scarf, create a “wing” on the side of your head
STEP 6 – Create short folds along the shorter end of the scarf, pin them
STEP 7 – Continue to create folds using both scarves, pinning them along the way
