Canada Day’s Double-Double

Peace and Blessings everybody!

As some of you might know, July 1st is our national holiday: Canada Day. For the occasion, I will be donning white and red in the streets of the capital. This can be done with different coloured shawls, but I would advise that you stick to two distinct colours with matching under-scarves. Also, lighter scarves are recommended. Ready? Let’s go!!!

STEP 1 – Place your red under-scarf on your head on an angle so DoubleDoublethat the part on the right covers your ear completely and the left side goes behind your ear
STEP 2 – Place your white under-scarf over top the red on the opposite angle (left on your ear, right behind your ear)
STEP 3 – Take one end of your white scarf and pin it on the left, on the white under-scarf, right behind your ear
STEP 4 – Cross your white scarf on your head on an angle, preferably following the angle of the red under-scarf, pin to the right just where the white and the red under-scarves meet
STEP 5 – Take one end of your red scarf and pin it on the left, right were the white under-scarf and the white scarf meet

STEP 13 – Roll the twisted white scarf strand into a large bun behind your head and secure with pins (lots of them if you’re going to be roaming about in this
STEP 14 – Back to the red scarf! Take the shorter end of the scarf and secure it behind your head for coverage.
